We are now accepting one nomination per school for Bootstraps Award. The student is to be nominated by the faculty and principal of each school. Nomination applications are available to download. Eligible nominees must be nominated by his or her school principal or college counselor and attend high schools in the following Middle Tennessee counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties.
Award winners will be selected from the nominees by a panel of judges who understand the concept of “pulling yourself up by your bootstraps.” Award winners will be notified in mid-April by the Bootstraps’ Selection Committee. The Bootstraps Award Banquet will recognize these scholarship winners. The event is held in early May in Nashville.
All applications for 2018 must be submitted by March 3, 2018.
